"In 2008, we bought a used Honda Odyssey from Tom Wood Nissan. Just a few weeks ago, we learned that it needed to have the transmission completely replaced and it only has 78,000 miles on it. Thankfully, we had purchased an extended warranty in 2006, so the repairs cost us nothing. For the past two weeks, we've been working with a service manager at Tom Wood Nissan, and I cannot tell you how excellent he has been. He has called me almost daily with an update, and has been very helpful in explaining status. Things took much longer to get done than he expected, but it wasn't upsetting at all because he was so good about keeping us informed. He returned all my calls immediately, and was very patient in explaining car things to me. He even looked up our VIN number and told us about a couple of factory recalls from Honda that we knew nothing about and he worked with the service manager at a Honda dealer to help get those repairs scheduled and taken care of as well." "My wife brought her Murano into Tom Wood Nissan last week with the check engine light (we've never had any trouble before). I was a little nervous that they may try to cheat her since I wasn't there. But instead she said she talked to Cory when she dropped it off and he was very nice and didn't treat her like a stupid woman who didn't know cars. She actually said he was very nice and helpful. It was just a sensor that was out and it was under warranty, so no charges. He offered an oil change since she was due for one and told her to go the their website to get a coupon. Wow.
