Tom Wood Automotive is a very proud sponsor of the non-profit Angels and Doves
program. Angels & Doves was formed January 2010 in Indianapolis to
end the bullying epidemic in schools. In addition to speaking to
students, they offer many tools to help prevent bullying in schools
including "The Bully Book", which integrates an interactive journal for
children with an anti-bullying story, a peer counseling program that
allows children to talk to a classmate if they or someone they know is
suffering from bullying, and a NO Bullying Club that meets weekly and
keeps the message from their presentations going. They are also
responsible for placing awareness billboards in communities that have suffered the loss of a child due to bullying.
