For the 24th year in a row, journalists from the Texas Auto Writers Association got together to evaluate the truck and SUV lineups from some of the world’s most respected automakers. After two full days of on- and off-road evaluations, the Nissan brand came out on top in several key categories.
The 2018 Nissan TITAN Midnight Edition won the title of Full-Size Truck of Texas for the second straight year. The 2018 Nissan Rogue was named Compact SUV of Texas. The Nissan brand’s ProPILOT Assist won the Best Technology award. For the second year in a row, the 2018 Nissan TITAN King Cab with Rear Seat Delete was named the Commercial Vehicle of Texas.
The 2018 Nissan TITAN King Cab was dubbed Best Value. The 2018 Nissan TITAN Pro-4X and the 2018 Nissan TITAN Platinum Reserve took second and third place in this award category, respectively.
