It has a maximum towing capacity of 6,720 pounds and a payload capacity of 1,610 pounds, so it's ready for work or play. Higher trims have a slightly lower capacity, reaching up to 6,470 pounds on SV and Pro-X models and 6,270 pounds on Pro-4X.
The 2022 Nissan Frontier can be surprisingly fuel-efficient, considering its size and strength. With two-wheel drive, the 2022 Frontier gets 18 miles per gallon (mpg) in the city, 24 mpg on the highway, and 20 mpg combined.
